To register and use ts999, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. ts999 does not permit players under the age of 18 to register or use the platform under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time and accounts found to be held by underage players will be closed immediately with any balance forfeited.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts on ts999.
• You must be registering for yourself and not acting on behalf of another person.
• You must not already hold an active ts999 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or under a court order that prohibits online gambling.

In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence over these general rules.

General Bonus Rules applicable to all ts999 bonuses unless stated otherwise:

A bet is considered confirmed and binding once ts999 displays a confirmation to the player following placement. No bet will be cancelled after confirmation except in the following circumstances:

• The event or game is cancelled before a result is determined.
• A technical error on the ts999 platform caused the bet to be accepted at an incorrect price or with incorrect parameters, provided ts999 notifies the player within 24 hours of the error being identified.

If a player does not agree with an amendment to these Terms, they should contact ts999 to close their account before the revised Terms come into effect. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction under which ts999 is licensed. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through ts999's internal dispute process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
